I finally figured out, it’s because they have to take off their shoes and drop their pants to count to 21. High on the wall the urinal hung from: “They call me Too Tall.” On the ceiling above that: “I am taller yet.” ---

For several years, a railroad bridge over the Washington, DC, Beltway bore the legend, in black spray paint, “Surrender Dorothy.” It was a brilliant piece of art because just behind the bridge was the [Mormon Temple](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:DC-Temple-3.jpg), which bears more than a passing resemblance to the Emerald City (except that it’s not green–but then, neither was the one in the book). In the picture, the bridge in question is behind the one in the foreground, and the graffiti has already been painted over. Ultimately, it was painted over, some say at the insistence of the church. I read in another dope thread sometime within the past year or so that someone was looking for a way to humorize graffiti that said “There is no god” in red paint.
