I should have started this when I was on line at 1:30 this morning - no idea why I couldn’t sleep, but who knew no one would toss out the ball yet today?
So, topic - better late than never. Um, I don’t know what to do with it - ideas?
It’s below freezing here, but sunny and clear. I’m showered, dressed, and about to eat some leftover pizza. That’s Monday with no adult supervision in FairyChatLand.

I just got an email from my sweetie - he thinks he won $250 in his company super bowl pool. That would be cool! 😃 I guess he’ll find out for sure when he gets back from this training trip, unless the person running the pool emails him. If it’s true, it’ll more than make up for the $6 he blew in the casino on the ship! 😉

Hey there, \*\*Soapy. \*\* I’ve missed you! Vent all you want. We’re good at “listening”.
Good on \*\*FCD \*\*for winning some monies!
Back at the salt mines and dreading facing what the day holds for me here. Lots to do, lots of competing priorities, and lots of headaches.
We had a nice time at our friends’ place watching the Superbowl. It was just the four of us, their two dogs and our two dogs. Our dogs got to play and run with the other dogs and we got to sit back relax, watch the game and chat. We were home by around 7:30 or so, and I chilled the rest of the evening.

Early spring-like here. 40s at night, 50s in the day. sunny, feels good. a few crocus are peeking.
Hubby won a little in various pools. We’ll find out later today how much. (They were complicated.)
We’re buying firewood today for a friend in California. His niece lives here and he wants to give it to her as a gift. Is that creepy? Wood from an uncle on Valentine’s day? 😃
