# Bewitched, what are the "witches/warlocks"?

That’s not to big a plot hole. Binding powers could be an advanced spell that Samantha just isn’t powerful enough to cast. And none of the more powerful witches want Tabitha to not have powers, so they won’t do it for her.

The only real plot hole is that no explanation like this is ever offered. (And it seems odd that the apothecary wouldn’t have a potion that could bind powers.)
