[2000 poverty levels by race](http://www.census.gov/population/socdemo/race/black/tabs99/tab12.txt) 26.1% blacks below poverty level. From the evidence in this thread **x-ray** , you seem to wallow in pre-conceived, erroneous notions. ---

Wallow indeed. You are given proof of the bias in hiring practices and refuse to see the facts. You are given proof that most blacks are not poor and yet refuse to accept the numbers presented. Wallow is the word that fits. ---

Wow, for x-ray vision, you sure can’t see right in front of you. The studies shows that it happens, and there is first hand evidence here that it happens, and yet you refuse to admit that it happens. What kind of evidence would convince you? ---

I agree with biggirl. I could say X-Ray, you would be one of the ones so biased in these hiring practices shoud you be in one of those positions. Do you actullay KNOW any of the black employees at your comapny? How about any of the other ones. Do ALL of your white employees “get the job done” everythime? ---

Yes, I would be one of the biased ones. Yes, I do KNOW many of the blacks. I never meant to imply ALL white employees are exceptional, or that none of the black ones are. I’m talking about my experiences with the majority of both groups, and I’ve talked to many people who don’t give a shit about being politically correct and thier experiences are the same as mine. ---
