Much like Kanicbird’s thoughts - there isn’t anything in ‘scripture’ to back this up - so, enjoy your beliefs, but this is supposed to be ‘General Questions’ (or maybe soon a different forum, since there can be no factual answer to the OP) - so, perhaps we could stick to "scripturally’ or atleast a belief/dogma that has some backing in actual scripture. In short - show your work. ---

God could have created in us what he desired. Sorta like relationships. How the best way to put it. Pick your own poison. Most of what we want is bad for us but it doesn’t stop us from desiring it. I would imagine some were in the middle of infinity even a god gets bored ---

kjv was edited in 1676 22 books were removed plus major parts of several because they made pope look like a heretic only 10 years after it was original wrote. almost 10 because they used women as good examples. Out of over 200 christian denominations. none seem to practice the entire bible. baptist are perhaps the worse they would choose the words and teaching of 2nd john over christ own teachings. were as john says a angel brought to me Christs words. which contradict christs actual teachings. Plus if christ were resurrected he would have giving john his own words not sent a angel to do so. You talk to me about scriptures coming from a religion that picks and choose what it teaches? LOL Lets see christ acknowledge the holy ghost in the form of a white dove with john the baptist. christ acknowledge god in heaven. Christ said when I have left the holy ghost will come to you. But some how most denominations of Christians denies Christ teachings over 2nd johns. On the Holy trinity. Also in old testament seeds refer to children. Only in new testament with Nicodemus did it refer to actions. As in you can till soil and prepare for rain but if you don’t plant good seed nothing will grow ---

probably over 20 version if not more of it to date. Each with stuff edited out or changed. Almost half of the book of david on worship of false idols has been chopped out. It actually surprise’s me it hasn’t been chopped down to the size of a novel. Opps smack my head the Gideon’s made a thin version my bad. Mormans I think actually added a book to it. You talk scriptures to support stuff. Yet your own religion has chopped scriptures out and add to the bible over the years ---

**Moderator Action** While the question may have been intended as factual, the responses have involved a lot of opinion and even some debate. There is also room for interpretation in the biblical cites. I’m not seeing enough debate here for a move to GD, but a move to IMHO seems appropriate.
