Thanks! That looks delicious. I love acorn squash and have always stuffed it with butter and brown sugar. This sounds a little bit more nutritious…but I might still put some butter in there. ---

But often their recipes are a decent place to start for a flavorful starch/veg dish to accompany roast critter or whatever. Nothing about what they propose that can’t be improved with some butter, olive oil, or maybe even 2 oz of Italian sausage per squash half. I might even mix a bit of egg white into the stuffing to have it hold together better. Heretic! Burn him! Not! 😉 ---

If you are interested, my scooter is a Buell S3. I had the heads done by Nawlin Racing. I put a nitrous system on it which currently has jets for around 18 hp. I have a dyno sheet showing 86 hp. Not as quick as innumerable Japanese motorcycles, but it is a wheelie machine that will get your heart racing. ---
