I will cop to the weak part. 10 years ago I could almost do 50 push-ups.l found that it was essential to go as fast as possible because it was more of an endurance thing than an arm/ chest strength thing. You people don’t like questions, but how am I to find out if this is the aspect of being weak that you were referring to without asking? ---

I am pathetic, worthy of your pity. I went to a Wisconsin restaurant tonight. 20 oz prime rib for $29.00 with soup and salad bar. The soup was a polish sauerkraut cream with green beans. It was so good. On the salad bar I made a lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes,mushrooms, matchstick carrots, cucumbers, cheese, croutons, and ranch dressing. I also had a picked beet, horseradish cheese, 3 bean salad, and tuna pasta salad. The pity party started with our medium rare prime rib that was well into the medium well zone. No pink, grey meat, tough, we sent them back. No medium rare available. Truly a pitiful life. ---
