Her zingers about washington insiders would be more effective if she didn’t deliver them as if they were zingers. Gravitas, lady, not snark. I wonder how homosexual couples feel, now that they know she will be **tolerant** their relationships. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: ---

I’m listening, not watching, as I always do with debates. So far, I think it’s a wash. I disagree with most of what Palin says, but she’s not doing badly. I’m disapointed with Biden. Couple of good points, but I think he’s been groping in a few places. ---

She has been coached fucking goddamned WELL. She’s not making a \*significant \* ass of herself (to unbiased viewers) and her puthy homilies are keeping her current voter-base quite satisfied. As someone who is marginally aware of what’s going on in the world, though, I’d like to put my vote in for ‘Biden is wiping the floor with her’. ---

The McCain camp must have polled the words “Wall Street.” Funny how the Republicans have become so anti-capitalistic all of a sudden. I just realized that Palin is shuffling through her notes a lot. They must have scripted a lot of answers for her. I wish Ifill would throw her something they wouldn’t have written her an index card for. “Say it ain’t so, Joe.” Is that they wittiest thing they could load her up with? :rolleyes: ---

Is anyone still going to buy less regulation on the economy is good? Why do they think this is a good talking point? I hate her folksy expressions, I really do. I have had enough of Bush, I want candidates that speak well, appear intelligent and have sound policies. I don’t want to drink with them.
