I remember the scene in _The West Wing_ where Stockard Channing came in the door with her leg raised and in a cast. They wrote it away pretty quickly with her saying, “I broke it hiking.” ---

No offense to the actress, who I hope has an easy recovery, but I’ll be glad to see a little less Penny this season. I’m a geek girl so I want to see the geek guys, and geek girls. The character of Penny does nothing for me. ---
