I’m male and long time married to someone with natural tits, so I don’t have first hand experience (sorry…) with fakes. I won’t claim I’d be able to spot _any_ fake, but obvious fakes - as in lots of porn - turn me off. I’d rather fondle a real AA than a fake D. And a natural slight asymmetry is a Good Thing ™
Of course, if they’re able to make a fake pair that looked and felt like a real pair, I probably won’t complain 😛 And reconstructive surgery after a mastectomy is - of course - totally another issue
ETA: I’ve seen girls whose build matched perfectly to a set of As or Bs getting “augmented” to a C or D cup. IMO, it was _not_ an improvement.

I’m a guy. It’s not an either/or kind of thing. It’s neither an indifference thing. I don’t think you can say that one thing is always better than the other: sometimes fake boobs look good and sometimes not. Sometimes natural boobs look good and sometimes not.

I don’t mind the idea of fake boobs on women as long as they are not ridiculously huge. I’ve never felt a fake boob but I can’t imagine they could be _that_ bad to the touch. Based on my experience when I was married, I’d feel pretty safe in saying that I’d spend way more time admiring them than fondling them, therefore I go for whatever made my partner happier. Great naturals would be the ideal of course but I’m sure I could adapt to the feel of silicone if they made her happy.

An ex-gf of mine got the saline kind, which I had the pleasure of viewing at an amateur striptease night at a private lesbian bar. They looked great and moved with her body in a very natural manner. I’ve seen any number of take boobs online that are obvious fakes, and I find those a turnoff.

Same here, except loathe isn’t the right word. It’s not the look so much as that they wouldn’t feel right. But if a woman I were interested in had fake boobs for whatever reason then it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker.

I’ve always been stacked so no need to have it done.
If my breasts were smaller and I felt I needed to have 'em done, I’d sleep on it a while. All surgeries are risks, plus I can think of better things to do with my money (cruise vs. boobs … hmmm). That said, if I really wanted them and had the money to do it, I probably would.

I’m a woman with natural C’s. I have no desire for larger boobs. In fact, I have on occasion thought that even if cancer took my boobs I wouldn’t get them reconstructed. I’m not enthused about surgery that isn’t absolutely necessary. I don’t feel my identity as a woman is connected to my bust size. I knew I was girl before I grew breasts, I don’t see where a lack of them will magically transform me into a man or a neuter or whatever.
Of course, if that actually happened I might change my mind. I’m hoping I’m never in that position anyhow.

None for me, thanks, but I’m a natural C cup so I’m not complaining. I’d consider it if I had very strange, small breasts. I’ve seen some oddly-shaped ones that, were they in my possession, I’d consider altering.

Not that I physically encounter many breasts in my day to day life, more’s the pity, but nonetheless such is my opinion.

Fake tits are one of the worst things you can do to your body. So obnoxious. It’s weird because every time I ask my friends, or see a poll like this, everyone overwhelmingly votes against them. But then again, if you look at sites like rateyourrack, the nice small natural tits tend to get ratings lower than ugly, comically large tits, so apparently someone likes them. It must be like retarded tv shows - no one I know watches them, but there must be a million yokels in the bible belt that do or something.
They’re also sort of fraudulent, because they can look awesome in a sweater, but they rarely look good naked. So I could imagine if you were dating a girl who appeared to have awesome tits, and then you finally take off her shirt, and these ugly fakes are staring you in the face, you’d be justifiably dissapointed.
That said, I suppose they could be like hairpieces. Every time you spot a bad hairpiece, you think “damn, that’s ugly, why does anyone have a hair piece?” but if you were to spot a nice one, you wouldn’t know it was a hairpiece. Maybe it’s similar with fake tits - maybe there are some nice medium sized fake tits floating around and you wouldn’t even notice they’re fakes because they’re not dialed up to 11.
Still, I wouldn’t like it because I generally dislike body modification, and cosmetic surgery is a pretty extreme form of that.
I suppose going from having nothing there or poorly shaped small tits could potentially be improved from modest implants that do more to shape than to size them - but I’m guessing this is the vast minority of work done. I would say the vast majority of implants are bad.
Shape is more important than size. Shape being equal, bigger is better - it becomes harder to maintain a nice shape as the size increases though, but for the rare woman who has nicely shaped big ones - awesome.

[Male here] As others have said, expertly done augmentation that isn’t unnaturally large can look wonderful.
I’ve long been a fan of big boobs, so almost as a lark Mizpullin decided to present me with the world’s best 40th birthday present. She was also tired of the “national geographic” look, and decided it was a change we’d both like. She got the sag removed, and added a few cup sizes for me.
Truly the gift that keeps on giving. 😛
I’ve never understood the disdain for it.
