Yep. I remember the Saturday morning preview shows being almost as important an event as the day (one day per year) when “The Wizard of Oz” was shown.
Yeah, I remember recognizing Gopher as “that guy from Monster Squad”.
I remember it (Bigfoot and Wildboy - Wikipedia ) but I wasn’t a fan, for some reason I no longer recall.

I remember Big John/Little John, the show and the song.
Run Joe Run, like The Incredible Hulk but with a German Shepard.
Sigmund and the Sea Monsters was pretty freaking sweet!
Of course I was nerd kid and I liked the ‘In the News’ where they tried to explain the f-ed up world of adults to kids.
I have fond memories of all those shows.
As an adult, I have to seriously wonder what Dr. Shrinker’s end game was.

I’m not sure that he had one. But with a name like “Shrinker,” there really are a fairly limited number of professions you can go into. Mad scientist has got to be one of the more respectable ones. I imagine he was just in it for the yuks.
Yes - but those Evil Island mortgages don’t pay themselves.
