Found it on Amazon.ca, now downloading the Kindle app so that I can read the sample. Since I live in the heartland of Kobo, will you be publishing a standards-compliant epub version that my Kobo can read, in addition to the Kindle version? Are you exclusive to Kindle right now? ---

And now, as I sit here in the university library at UOIT\* in Oshawa, Ontario, far far far from California, Las Vegas, or indeed anywhere warm, I have the first chapter of your book open on my screen. \*Also accessible to Durham College students like me. I am not at university, I am at college. But the two institutions share a campus and certain facilities. ---

In the meantime, some Google searches show that [this program](http://calibre-ebook.com/) can convert Kindle books so they work on Kobo. ---
