Since I don’t really see how there could be a special computer, what would make it special? A special program maybe, but still I doubt it. Why the IRS would tell Bill Gates about this seems odd to me as well. I have to say it sounds like Bill Gates is joking. Now its not a very funny joke, but come on! Bill Gates IS a computer geek!
