That may be true, but virtually no one in the U.S. ever uses that context. Mostly because nobody cares. 
And I’m absolutely positive Bill O’Reilly doesn’t.
Really? Damn. I catch him two or three times a week, but I guess I’ve missed those comments. His guests don’t seem to tower over him.
Maybe I thought he was tall because of the Robert Reich interviews.
But the rest of the world’s “moderately conservative” is what some vocal American pundits call “OMG! Marxism! Panicpanicpanic!”. I reckon that even the Democrats are pretty damned far to the right by Western standards.
