Is there reason to believe the doctor or hospital did something wrong? Death in surgery is a small risk but a real one, and it doesn’t automatically mean the doc screwed up. ---

From what I read, the surgeon used a procedure that wasn’t agreed on. ---

I haven’t found any details on what procedure was ‘unconventional’ procedure was used. Nothing to detail exactly what it was, unless it is further detailed in the suit. ---

I was a kind-of recurring extra, as a “sister-wife” on Big Love, and I will always remember Bill Paxton as being pleasant, kind and welcoming. After the first few times I worked, he would always smile and wave and say hi whenever he saw me. It sounds like a little thing, but it meant a lot in a world where background actors are mostly ignored by the principals.
