Meier is no slouch when it come to defending himself. He used to round up mass murders and serial killers in his younger days. His “fluidal” aka non material consciousness warns him of threats. Also the ET’s assist him with robots and such. Meier had a dream warning him of an attack. So he put a steel shield where the bullet would strike. He has the steal plate now dented with a bullet mark. The CIA and moo sad are now neutral toward Billy. You guys are going to have to do your own homework on the birth stop plan. The ET’s who figured it out are no dummies.
