Now, I never played Neverwinter Nights but I am pretty sure I do have a Bioware account. I am also pretty sure that they don’t have any sensitive data on me. However, isn’t it standard procedure to say that no credit card information was taken? ---

Got the same message. This news is all over the internet and it does seem no CC info was stolen. The critical point is they hacked the FORUMS, not any sort of sales or online gaming account system. ---

I don’t even remember registering for their forums, but I guess I might have. (I received the message, moused over the link, made sure it was pointing where it said it was pointing etc., changed my password, and then started worrying that I’d been phished somehow. Good to see that other people got the same message.) ---

I used to be heavily invested in the NWN forums back in the day. I didn’t get the email from Bio though. ---

I got the same thing. I hadn’t used my Bioware account in years (NWN being a distant memory) and forgot I even had it.
