I think Howard K stressed that he was going to help Larry Birkhead get full custody of the baby. From what Anna Nicole said about her mother (documented on film), she clearly expressed that she never wanted her mother to even touch her child. After all, that Arthur woman didn’t do such a great job of raising or mothering her own daughter, so I hope she doesn’t get joint custody in this case. The child’s right to the Marshall estate is far from evident, and this case no doubt will be keeping lawyers smiling for months or even years to come. ---

I personally am thrilled. Stern was an asshole for putting this off and protesting. He must have known all along and simply wanted the $$. I’m not doubting that Larry probably feels like he won the lottery and I sincerely hope he can provide a stable home for that beautiful little girl. Gosh, can you even imagine??? ---

If Birkhead is a human being, he needs to say something like, “I just want my child. We don’t know if she will inherit any money; we don’t know if she has even a snowball’s chance of getting a penny. But I’ve fathered a child, here, and I want to take her home with me. I will sign anything anybody wants that ensures that any money she gets is put in a trust and I can’t touch a penny of it. I just want my child.” None of this “I told you so!” crap. :dubious: ---

He does seem kind of crass. The whole “I told you so” bit, and the first picture I saw with the announcement was him doing a fist-pump with a huge smile on his face. Have some decency and stop acting like a child who was “right all along, neener neener ppbttthhhht!” ---

Did you know that they actually had it so that they would text you the results of the parternity test. I mean I know you can get the [news](http://www.cbsnews.com/htdocs/wireless/index.php?source=110667) sent to your cell phone, but this? ---
