I am offended by the term _bitch_ It is most often used in a derogatory fashion towards women. I wish people wouldn’t use the word. ---

I’m offended by damn yankees using ‘Southerners’ or ‘the South’ in the vein of ‘you cross burning, cousin loving, house living, horse riding hicks’. Just because we let you win the War of Northern Aggression, doesn’t mean we’re backwards. Doesn’t happen so often with newer generations, but I really got a lot of that kind of predjudice when I lived up north. As for **bitch** , I don’t want anyone calling my girlfriend that, but she refers to herself that way at times. I usually avoid the word, too much hate in some people’s definition of it, regardless of how I use it. ---
