I’m not sure I agree with that. In the episode they were discussing the percentage of soldiers in WWI and WWII who never even actually tried to kill the enemy. Not sure those are 100% agreed upon stats, but there’s a big difference between “yeah, man, them (others) are baddies” and literally pointing a gun at a human child who happens to have some characteristic you dislike and pulling a trigger and killing them.
So the level of hatred needed for the villagers to get pissed at the roaches for stealing their food is far less, and far more plausible, than the level of hatred needed for soldiers to unhesitatingly pull the trigger whenever ordered to do so.
I’d have gone to the cinema to seen San Junipero. My favourite episode of the whole show.
Wasn’t fond of episode 2 and 5.
Episode 6 could be expanded into an English version of Fringe.
