I don’t need any stinkin’ permit! They’ll take my cell phone when they pry it from my cold dead hands!

Actually I hardly ever use the thing. Still, better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it, as they say.

Mine too. I have a pay-as-you-go for that reason. I rarely use it and it just isn’t worth have a plan.
