I recently got a corporate Blackberry, and I guess when it “synch’d” with my inbox, it downloaded my entire Inbox…or a good chunk. But, I only need the most recent - say the last month. Is there a quick way to delete emails from my Blackberry? Deleting one by one will take forever! If I connect my Blackberry to my laptop by USB, will the laptop let me manipulate the Blackberry like a thumb drive? Or, will the Blackberry try to “synch” up again with my Inbox? (What if I have Outlook closed when connecting the Blackberry to the laptop?)

Also, is there a setting to hear a tone and/or vibration when an email comes in?

All suggestions welcome!
