US centric world view! After the Pakistanis were killed and the mult-national offensive started, there were literally hundreds of such attacks by “Allied” (for the want of a better word, most of the forces there were under a UN mandate, not UN Forces) troops all over. Its unlikely one attack would have provoked such outrage. ---
