Or it could be that those who do the surveys you would link to have an agenda to ensure the outcome of the survey is what they think it should be?
In my experience in the expat community, it is normal average guys who would pick up a girl in a bar to have sex with her. If they picked someone up the ‘traditional’ way they’d be just as happy.
But then I’m not talking about the crack addicts and the seedy production line bordello’s that force women to work in them either. I couldn’t tell you who frequents those and what they want out of it.
It is a good point. But, even when something is legal then there will be those who want to do things illegal. Would you ban doctors because a few of them did illegal things? Of course not. I’d suggest that if prostitution was legal then most of what would occur between people would fall within the legal aspects of the trade, just like in everything else that people do. Then can focus can be place on the outliers, those that wish to harm people, and leave everyone else alone to act as the adults they are.
Not really, since the goal is to explain the fact that legalized prostitution increases illegal prostitution. Any explanation for that phenomena is going to end up saying that illegals offer something that legals don’t, even if it’s just a lower price. But even in that case, given the high levels of drug addiction and the known poor treatment by just the pimp (which something like 90% of girls have, a pimp), displays that the customers don’t mind how lucid or happy the girl is in her life. There isn’t going to be an answer that makes the customers look good.
