Plus, they use “The Metric” with weird units that aren’t based on the hypothetical length of some dead royal’s digits or the distance some farmer decided to plow before his ox got cranky. Can’t find anything with that. If pound-inch-seconds got us to the Moon, why should we change up now? Stranger ---

And the beer fell short of the name’s promise. Have to agree, on _casual_ trips to the 51st State, it’s been difficult to find good non-major beer. Ski resort was ok, a couple of random bars not so much, state owned liquor stores were weak, etc. Calgary sucked (5 years ago when I went a lot for work). A buddy that lives part time in Vancouver has a couple of favorite spots that I haven’t visited yet. ---

Well, these are work trips and so I have limited control over where I go. Also, around here, pretty much every restaurant and hotel bar is going to have a selection of local craft brews.
