It’s hot where I am, and I’m making blender drinks. I decided to make up a blender drink for myself because I don’t care for maragaritas and daquiris made in a blender and I wanted something with mushy fabulous crushed ice and lotsa booze. So you guys, here’s what I made up. Maybe this is actually a real drink that already exists but if it is I don’t know about it. I decided to call it The Jack Sparrow. Yes, I am silly. 2 shots Meyers’s Rum 3 shots Ocean Spray Diet Orange Citrus Spray 1 tsp maraschino cherry juice three handfulls of ice Toss in blender. Pulverize. Pour into champagne glass (flute style is best, like a Bellini). Enjoy. Now, okay, what are your favorite hot weather blender drinks? Want to share? recipes and experiences appreciated.
