Good choice. I was at a concert of his in Pittsburgh a few years ago where he played that whole album from start to finish. Amazing!!
All I meant was that those two singles, For You and Spirit in the Night, didn’t make a dent in the charts. Blinded by the Light was huge for them, obviously.

Did Springsteen’s version of Spirit in the Night chart at all? Manfred Mann did two versions and the second made it to 66 on the Billboard Hot 100. I think the first version did well also.

I think the single sold pretty well in Europe, too.
Also, the first song my son learned to play on his guitar when he was in a kids’ band when he was about 8. The little girl who sang it did a great job.
