I didn’t realize that Dilbert was so short. And my eyesight must be fading, because, from what I can see, the Boondocks characters, nor Zippy The Pinhead is around. And were the hell is Cherry Poptart?!? ---

Most, if not all, of the non-King Features characters appear to be from strips the rights of which are owned by the cartoonist themselves, which include all the characters you mention except for the King of Id. As for the rest, they appear to come from the non-King Features strips which either had their characters appear in _Blondie_ and/or had Blondie and Dagwood appear in or be mentioned in their strips. ---
