Has anyone had blood blisters that don’t hurt? Even when applying pressure? I have two (on my feet).

Yep. In fact, (dredging back through many years of memories) I don’t think _any_ of my blood blisters have been painful. The initial injury may have hurt, but by the time the bb appeared, any soreness had gone.

Pretty much the same, they do not hurt after the initial pain.

The only exception I can recall is blood blisters under the finger or toe nails. I just use the hot paperclip trick to ease the pain.

Then again, I do not feel pain as much as some do. So I may be an outlier.

I get loads of blood blisters on my hands if I do manual work after a period of not doing so. They never hurt after formed, but if anyone does have a problem, use a small sterile needle to allow the blood out, as it is pressure that causes the pain. Don’t rip them open, or make a big hole though, as it might allow infection in.

Do they sort of dry out and form a scab if I leave them as is?

Not a scab. The skin just dries out and gets hard. Eventually, after a few days they will rip off, or you can cut them with small scissors.
