It’s real. But I’ve only had it once. I was 16 and had an intense necking session with the GF, that, how shall we put it, didn’t resolve into an orgasm. I had no idea what was happening but for the next hour or so it felt like I had been kicked in the nuts.

Oh, it’s very real. I get it whenever my Partner’s out of town . . . too damn often. I start to think about him, start playing with myself . . . but at my age it takes longer and a lot more work, so I usually don’t finish. Then the pain.

The only remedy that I’ve ever read about, other than the obvious one, is this:
When you experience said condition, try to lift something impossibly heavy (like the back end of your car) by squatting and lifting. I actually tried it once, and it seemed to relieve some pain.
Too bad not a lot of teenagers have cars.

Blue balls is real alright. I’ve only experienced it a couple times, after very extended sessions that didn’t result in climax. As others have said, it feels exactly like the dull pain you get following a kick in the nuts.

I like doing this, too sometimes. Sometimes, like during the aformentioned ovulation, it just doesn’t let up for a while. It’s not really painful, though. It’s more like a yearning feeling. Sort of like really needing to scratch an itch but not being able to. It’s not pleasant, but I wouldn’t classify it with physical pain. Maybe it’s different for different people.

Exercise also works in my experience. (No, not just the obvious one, but running/jogging and so forth.)

My gf in high school was one of those “not until I’m married” girls, and even worse, she’d do a lot of things to me, but didn’t want to finish me because it was “messy.” I wouldn’t get it every time we were together, but I do recall getting it every now and then, and it was, for me, a lot like the afterglow (tail end) of getting kicked in the balls.

Hmm. It seems most other guys have experienced BB only as teenagers. Does this mean that my 32-year old ding-a-ling acts like a teenager? I don’t remember ever having blue balls as a teen (then again, solo sex was never cut short). Then again, I do get comment on my youthful looks. A late bluemer?

Not really my area of expertise, but a couple of things come to mind. It might not be a bad idea to talk to your doctor. Maybe you’ve got some inflammation or something going on in there that makes the pain worse.
Also, talk with your wife. Explain that if you get interrupted by the kid, you need a few minutes in the bathroom to compose yourself. This is one of those examples of your spouse being someone you can talk to about anything.

Certainly is real and certainly is painful. It feels like bad cramps or something right in my lower abdomen. Almost like I need to poop but I can’t. I’m 32 and I know I’ve gotten it a few times in the last few years before I got remarried.
I think I only ever got it if I wasn’t sure if I was going to be allowed to go the distance with my date. Once I got to know the girl and knew if it was going to result in relations then I didn’t get BB no matter how long it took.

I’ll chime in with others to say that blue balls, are absolutely genuine and very painful although they are rare outside of young males. I am 100% sure that you could actually film it during the right circumstances to prove it can be real. I got so built up a few times that I hit all four walls of a small room, the ceiling, and the floor as well as my own face when the Hoover Damn finally got breached by nukes or so it seemed. It isn’t fun trying to examine everything in a 9 foot radius with your girlfriend as fast as possible to get it cleaned up before her roommate cums home. I haven’t really had them since I was a teenager but I think I could, at age 35, still have them to a lesser degree under some circumstances.

It’s also definitely not in my abdomen, for me. It’s, er, more localized–in the vagina/clitoris area. It’s not really any different than being super horny, though. If I got it in my abdomen, I’d just assume it was…well, cramps.

It doesn’t get better; I sometimes suffer testicle pain when my SO ain’t in the mood for a while and I’m 68. The pain I suffer doesn’t compare to what I felt when I was a teenager, but its pain nonetheless. I find a hot pad judiciously applied relieves my pain for a few days but nothing works like an orgasm. At my age, orgasms are sometimes hard to come by.

That’s impossible. You certainly are misunderstanding what we’re describing. This isn’t an itching to get off. It’s a **painful** , swollen feeling. Unless your vagina is stocking up its sperm count due to foreplay and is ready to unload, you don’t get blue clit. The condition we’re describing is an incredible pain caused by a pressure of millions of sperm all dressed up with nowhere to go. It has nothing to do with a signal to “fuck now”.

Ha! Liked it. Add me to the list of when-I-was-younger guys. It’s hand-in-hand with premature ejaculation. It’s something your body learns to avoid after a while. That and the fact that it’s much harder to get _that_ worked up without a release. I remember one instance at age 15 where my sister picked me up from the gf’s house and instead of taking me home, she decided to pick up some friends and drive around for a while. The whole time I’m aching so badly I can’t even move. Every pothole felt like a castration.
