# BlueAnt Q3i Bluetooth headset & YouTube

I have the BlueAnt Q3i Bluetooth headset, paired with my iPhone 6. I’m very satisfied with it (except for that sticky 5-6 minutes of spotty playback upon disconnecting from a charger), except for one annoying trait. I primarily listen to podcasts on my phone at work, and I am frequently recommended a YouTube video. The problem is that YouTube audio does not come through the headset, it comes out through the speaker, which can be embarrassing. There is nothing in the manual about this, & I can’t find any setting on my phone to connect to YouTube. All software is up-to-date.

Any thoughts?

OK, I just tried jumping from a podcast to a YouTube video on my phone and it is pretty seamless. But I have the YouTube app on my phone and the video opened in the app.

I looked in settings for a Safari setting but can’t find one (is the browser Safari?).

I’d try the YouTube app. You can always delete it if you don’t like it.

That sounds good. Since you both have the app, I’ll try it. Yeah, Safari.  
Funny thing, right after I wrote this, I tried a YouTube & it worked. Godammit.
