# BMW driver crashes going 130 - Claims pedal stuck & brakes overpowered - Plausible?

According to another news story I have just read , the police commissioned two independent examinations of the car , one using BMW mechanics. They could not find anything mechanically wrong that could have caused this supposed problem.
