I know what you mean. Everyone’s tense and bitchy IRL around here, myself included. Four of the weekly magazines at **Hamish** ’s shop had “Dealing with anxiety” on the cover.

The long dark of winter usually starts driving folks mad about now. My ex used to go bonkers every February, that was the month we split too.

Many believe the lack of sunlight causes vitamin deficiencies - there are lightboxes you can buy to help. Are the posts from sunnier climes devolving as well?
