Cesar Romero was a great joker. He loved doing the part and it showed. Robin Williams would have been a great joker, as was Jack Nicholson. For the Penguin, I’d have loved to have seen Sorrell Booke. ---

The extra creepy aspect of Romero as the Joker was the painted over mustache. I guess that’s a plus. ---

Luvvy Howell was a speedster. Mary Ann had super vision. As Batman villains, I see Tina Louise as Marsha, Queen of Diamonds. My choice as the Joker? Andy Griffith.
