The deceased was staying/living there; Jenkins was in FL at the time, for the past two weeks. Sounds like he had nothing to do w/ it & it’s only a big story because of who the deceased’s roommate/landlord/friend is. “Jenkins, 29, often lets family members and friends stay at the home when he isn’t there.” ---

Mild nitpick, but Jenkins was/is a cornerback, not a quarterback. ---

Janoris’s older brother, ex-con “William Jenkins Jr., 34, of Fair Lawn, NJ, was charged with aggravated manslaughter in the death of Roosevelt Rene, 25, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said on Twitter without releasing any further information.” ---

> [@running\_coach](#): > > Thanksgiving this year is going to be _awk-ward._ Nah, between being picked up for a parole violation hours before the body was found & the new charges (are they bailable?); I’m not sure Big Bro is going to make it to Thanksgiving this year.
