You know that flap of skin that connects the inside of your upper lip to your skull? Well, mine is gone, completely destroyed in the process of breaking my jaws and shifting them around. I’m also missing my wisdom teeth, which is good because they were giving me headaches. How about you? Ghoulish descriptions welcome! ---

Wisdom teeth, a chunk of nasal septum, gall bladder, tonsils, adenoids, nail from left big toe, and (recently) all the hair on the outer sides of my lower legs. Don’t know why it fell out. ---

I have no wisdom teeth, appendix, or tonsils. Some may also tell you that I only have half a pinkie toe on each foot, but I swear that’s all there ever was. I think they’ve been that size since I was born. ---

No tonsils, no wisdom teeth, and not much left of the middle ear bones of my right ear (actually, there isn’t much original flesh & bone of that ear at all). ---

Wisdom teeth + 1 additional molar, tonsils, appendix, philtrum, esophagus (the replacement is cobbled together from other body parts, which, while not in their factory-original positions, are not exactly “missing”). ---

Wisdom teeth, two front teeth (don’t worry, I got new, fake ones for Xmas), foreskin, and two very small sections of my vas deferens. Everything else is present and accounted for. ---

Like many others, I had my wisdom teeth removed. Well, three of them, anyway. My lower-right wisdom tooth I kept, because there was a little extra room in that part of my jaw. That being because one of my regular adult teeth (the lower right rear bicuspid, if I’m not mistaken) just never existed in the first place. It gives me a somewhat lopsided grin. Oh, and I also never had ovaries, a uterus, a vagina, or any of the various parts of the vulva, and my mammary glands are seriously underveloped, but I’ve never had cause to complain about any of that. ---

Gosh, I must be the only person here with all his original factory specifications. I did have to have some eye muscles resected when I was a baby, but I presume they’re still there. I might have a few cubic picometres of eye lens blasted off of me later this year, though. We’ll see! ---

I must really be an oddball, but I have all the parts I was born with and then some. I still have my wisdom teeth plus one to spare. Yep, 33 teeth in all. I guess since I just had a haircut Friday, you can say I’m missing some hair. ---
