# Boeing vs Apple - Can you explain the current trend?

Yeah, until some brilliant decisions about control system design for the MAX came back to bite them, Boeing was, erm, flying high in revenues and stock value. Then shyte happened.

Apple ever since they headed into the pods/phones/pads lines has done nothing but make ever more money so it’s no surprise that they keep doing so, in the absence of any comparable disastrous stumble. They \*have \*warned investors that the coronavirus outbreak may create a problem if the Chinese supply chain/workforce are disrupted.
