Unlike many US-allied leaders, Chavez and Morales are both democratically elected Presidents of their countries. Perhaps you said “dictators” when you meant to say “terrorists” or “Communists”, which is what we generally call non-Americans who refuse to accept American economic hegemony over their part of the world.
