Yes, the B stands for Bombay, where the main Hindi-language Indian movie industry is located. Often, to outsiders, “Bollywood” encompasses the entire Indian movie industry, though this is not really correct. There are very significant regional movie industries around India. One of the bigger ones in based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh where films are shot in the regional language of Telugu. Over there, they took the name of Bollywood and called it Tollywood – the T standing for Telugu. However, it does look like this wasn’t actually made by the film industry, and instead by a non-profit organization. But it’s certainly meant to be in the style of a Bollywood/Tollywood flick. ---

I thought it was cool that the music was credited to Sai Krishna. Is that the deity? And is that customary in music credits, or was the music something traditionally held to be composed by Krishna? ---

So, it’s probably just some musician with Krishna’s name. ---

Great. Now I have a bollyWoody. (Though I have to say, based on the movies I’ve seen from this genre, they cut a few corners on the skill level and/or rehearsal time for the dancers…) ---

That was awesome. It looks pretty low budget compared to your average Bollywood production with the dancing and the choreography wasn’t as intricate as in some Bollywood numbers. That said, it was pretty smart in terms of a PSA in that they know their audience. The musical number was kinda catchy. ---

I love how they’re doing the singing and dancing right there in the street with all the normal guys standing there with these “Well, you don’t see THAT every day” looks on their faces, and one of them is kind of grooving to the music. ---

I like it, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it late at night on US TV, when all the other public service announcements run. I have used many condoms in my life, of many brands, but I never had one that sang and waved its little arms around. WooHoo!
