Rock is not a good pressure vessel and a grenade is an infinitesimal level of energy compared to other geophysical forces that might sustain a high pressure level in a rock cavity. I seriously doubt even an atomic explosion would create a sealed overpressure scenario except for a brief time. The likelihood of an underground high pressure “pocket” being maintained over time by conventional or nuclear explosives is practically nil.
