Happy birthday, Totoro! I’m sorry I couldn’t call you, but my family’s obsession with the phone makes it very difficult to use the other phone line. I wanted to tell you that you’re a great friend and a very talented writer, and I’m here for you whenever you need me. I wish you the happiest of birthdays, with many, many more to come. I know that I’m not the only friend Totoro has on the boards. So if anyone else feels inclined, please chime in and make my meager contribution sound better. ---
