Ok folks, I have in my fridge about 2 pounds of Boneless Pork Ribs, country style.

I have a bottle of Hunts Original BBQ Sauce.

I have Salt, Pepper, Oregano and some Chopped Garlic.

I have a small grill, the kind you buy for an apartment and charcoal for same.

I can’t afford to spend more than 2 additional dollars for supplies.

I don’t have a holocaust cloak.

I also have a collection of pots, pans, etc. that are standard for cooking.

What is the best way to cook these delicous ribs (tomorrow) with the pieces/parts I’ve got?
(I’m aware I have a tiny selection of spices. I’m working on it.)

Rub the meat down with garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Let marinate overnight in fridge.

Cook the next evening.

When meat is almost done, brush on the bbq sauce to your liking. I like a thin coating so you can still taste the meat.

Enjoy. 😃

Take ribs, put in dutch oven (crockpot if you have it) on slow heat for about forever (overnight). With a little water. Covered. Add BBQ. Pull apart. Spend the $2 on buns. Bread and butter pickles if you have them.

“The Princess Bride” reference.

During one scene, the hero’s are cataloging their assets. Wesley states “If only we had a Holocaust cloak!”

Which Fezig whips out of his pocket.

I’m making fun of my lack of materials.

**Quicksilver** , after discussing with the wife, we’re going to go with your suggestion.

I’ll get back to you tomorrow after work and dinner.

Very close to my process

Marinate overnight in beer, minced garlic, and worcestershire, soy and teriyaki sauce.

Grill over low heat for at least 1 1/2 hours, turn and coat with BBQ sauce. let grill for another 30 minutes, flip and coat other side with BBQ sauce. flip again in 10 minutes - remove from grill 10 minutes later

enjoy…

If only we had a wheelbarrow, that would be _something_.

I would go with **QuickSilver** ’s suggestion. Country Style ribs are one of my favorite things to grill. They tend to have plenty of fat, so it is pretty hard to cook them to dryness.

p.s. save up for some Ancho chile powder from Penzey’s or the El Paso Chile Company or Pendery’s. Perfect for pork.

No burning. In fact, slow cooking but not to slow.

Quite tasty, although now I have some killer heart burn.

The wife and smalls approve. Thanks a bunch for the advice!
