Maybe because I’m on muscle relaxants for my back…but damn this Playboy playmate selection show on Fox is a freakin’ joke. I remember hearing about this awhile back…but honestly did not make plans to watch it…however I caught it surfing. Is it me …or is this so frickin ridiculous that it makes The Bachelor look like good drama. **WHY DO THEY LET THESE “WOMEN” TALK?** That is all. Thank You. ---

**Cisco** , they have on occasion but it is extremely rare in the US. I have seen nippleage on _Once and Again_, and on _CSI_- but I doubt the playboy show they are discussing showed nekkid titties. ---

Hi, I’m new here, and this may not be the best way to introduce myself, but I am a little surprised that you’re so hard on the women in that show. I haven’t seen it myself, but it seems like if you watch it you’re probably not watching it for the discussion, right? ---

I happened to run across it while channel surfing. I tried to surf past it but somehow I always ended up going back to it. It was a ridiculous and annoying show but, being a heterosexual male, sometimes my choices are driven by things other than the search for intellectual stimulation. 😃 ---

Like a lot of other “reality” shows, they flipped back and forth from the selection process/photography of the women, to “reaction” comments by the same said women. You’re actually “surprised” that I made negative comments about what these shallow, self centered bimbos **said**? I wasn’t “expecting” anything…since I didn’t make actual plans to watch this thing. That being said, usually the purpose of these “reaction” comments on shows like Survivor…the Real World…the Bachelor and their ilk, is to gain some insight into the people are like. If these women were that shallow, it seemed like a sure waste of a good lavalier mic pack. Okay… ---

I only watched half an hour or so of it. I basically figured out what I’d know all along: Hugh Hefner is an extremely rich man who likes to have beautiful women pose naked for his magazine. ---

Seems obvious to me my comment wasn’t just about you. Yet you call the women on the show “self centered.” Kinda funny. I doubt they had much to say, sure. But nobody tunes in to that kind of show to hear women say smart things. They tune in to look at the tits (however much is visible) and call the women bimbos. I’m just not into that. I like women and think even the “bimbos” get a raw deal. I mean, hell, that’s probably why they’re bimbos. ---

I caught the last half hour, as they were going from 7 to 3. And let me preface my comments with this: these women volunteered for this, and as such should have expected a certain level of… shall we say… humiliation. After all, what can you expect when you team up Hef with Fox? And for crying out loud… these women were not the most stable creatures in the world- going positively hysterical because you weren’t chosen to spread your legs for millions of people? ::sigh:: But in no way did they deserve Hef and the photographers trashing them on national television. What exactly happened to them that created a “raw deal” for them?” One thing I’m noticing about these boards is that people here are very big on the law. If you sign a form, you are in for whatever you get. Or so seems to be a common opinion here. That doesn’t seem very open-minded to me. Have I been misdirected to these boards? I was told they’re a good place to interact with freethinking types. But I did read the comments here. And though I used to be interested in porn, I got to know some damn smart women who made me think of it differently, and now I’m a lot more interested in what people say about it and women in general. That’s what I meant by “raw deal.” bobkitty’s post, for instance, makes me think how fucked up we’d all be if we started parading around like that trying to live up to some big idea and somebody said “Nothing makes him unique.” I don’t think I’m unique, but I sure as shit don’t want to hear somebody else talking about me like that.
