Another thread inspired me to post a question that has nagged me from time to time. When I was in middle school (circa mid 80s) a classmate brought in what I thought at the time was the coolest thing. It was a book of blue prints for ships and vehicles from sci fi literature. One I specifically remember is it had a page for the tripods from War of the Worlds. I also think it may have been formatted as a binder with the pages being three hole punched but that could just be my memory lying to me. Anyone else ever see this thing?

Not a book. But you might be interested in Jeff Russell’s Starship Dimensions [website](http://www.merzo.net/index.html).
