I am having an annoying problem with Google Chrome bookmarks. These have sort of proliferated rapidly, and there are now so many that I decided to go thru them and thin the herd; so I did. The selected bookmarks went away for that session, but the next time Chrome was used, they all appear in the bookmark list again. I deleted these using both the delete button on the bookmark list, and also going to Bookmark Manager and deleting them there. Nothing works. Any advice would be appreciated. ---

Or maybe just close your Chrome browser in Task Manager after deleting them, and then reopen it… ---

I just did a test. I created a bookmark, then deleted it, and it popped right back up again. I deleted it a second time, and it stayed gone. I repeated the process to consider how I was doing it, and I had to delete it a third time before it stayed gone. ---
