They pretty much pick up where Sagan left off in The Demon-Haunted World, and tear fashionable trendy-lefty gibberish-spouting “post-modern” academics a set of brand-new arseholes: well-nigh indispensable in the fight against ignorance, and good cruel fun.

Republican Party Reptile by P J O’Rourke  
Because it contains an essay entitled “How To Drive Fast On Drugs While Getting Your Wing-Wang Squeezed And Not Spill Your Drink”.

It is, but I just couldn’t put the bloody thing down. Was on the subway with it, and got more than a few looks, especially since the version I purchased is the Penguin one with her lying on the grass showing her [cleavage](http://www.fantasticfictionimages.co.uk/images/n11/n58389.jpg). :o
