I would refer you to the thread on what posters from “other countries” think. I thought I read about almost 70% turn out in this election… which I thought was not that impressive.

In many western democacies that would be considered a crisis for democracy. The lowest I could find for Dutch parliamentary elections is 73.3% turn out. And we don’t have a difference between registered and eligible voters. If you are eligible, you get a card inviting you to vote.
