Which is doubly hilarious because I don’t normally bother with cheese on a burger. I got fries too which I don’t normally get, but I’d skipped lunch and was pretty hungry. I was thinking about getting a Coke but I find it too sickly, so I had Sprite. Then I played on my phone while I was eating. What a day! ---

I just spent almost two hours getting my car tags renewed: close to an hour at the emissions testing station in the rain; over half an hour in line getting the stickers. The excitement was palpable because some kid cried and howled for at least 10 minutes while I was standing in line. I didn’t have a stopwatch or other timer; these times are estimates. ---
