Well, this shouldn’t take long - can’t even think of any guesses for these. Oh, wait - was it Washington Irving who wrote Rip Van Winkle? And for When Lawless Men Succeed I’ll take a wild stab at Irving Berlin. Take two or three DQs each, accordingly. ---

I did wonder if it was an error, but knowing the cathedral was designed by Wren, I suspected it was a different church being referred to. ---
