Likewise. I spent some time thinking it might be a rabbit from Watership Down, this fits most of the criteria but not the American author. I reckon it’s a horse, but probably not one I have heard of. ---

Ah. I’ve never cared for Hollywood’s romanticizing of gangsters and the Mob, and consequently am one of the few people who’ve never seen the movies. I’ve heard of the scene, but I can safely say I’ve never heard the name. Nevertheless, I think that counts as a great choice, and you should go directly to the next round. ---
